
Ingredients
1 cup White sugar for caramel
5 pieces Egg Yolks
3 pieces Whole Eggs
3 cups Coconut milk
165 grams white sugar
Procedure:
Caramelize the 1 cup sugar with a little water
Line 6 ramekins with caramel
Combine the eggs, yolks and 165 grams sugar and whisk
Put the coconut milk in a small stock pot and bring to a boil
Whisk in the coconut milk to the yolk mixture
Strain.
Pour into the prepared ramekin cups
Bake in a water bath at 325 degrees till set.
Let cool and serve.
